Senior High School Annual Activities


 

The following are the annual activities that will be hosted by the Senior High School. Each activity will be spearheaded by the indicated campus organization.

  • August 12: International Youth Day -- (Organizer: Campus Org Leaders)
  • September (TBA): STEM Special Lecture Series -- (Organizer: YES)
  • September 21: International Day of Peace -- (Organizer: SOPHI)
  • October (TBA): Arts and Culture Festival -- (Organizers: SOPHI, Theater and Arts Classes)
  • October 13: International Day for Disaster Reduction -- (Organizers: YES)
  • November (TBA): Business and Marketing Summit -- (Organizer: FAB)
  • January 24: International Day of Education -- (Organizers: SHSFaculty/VP)
  • April (TBA): MMIS Research, Innovation, and Design Congress -- (Organizes: SHS Faculty/VP)
The advisers of the steering organizations above should see to it that the following documents are submitted 1 month before the activity:
  1. Activity Information Form
  2. Permit to Collect/Budget Breakdown (when necessary)
  3. Use of Facilities Form (when necessary)
  4. Program
  5. Marketing/Promotion Collaterals (e.g. posters, banners)
  6. Standing Committees
Not later than two weeks fter the activity, the following should be accomplished:
  1. Documentation Form
  2. Activity Evaluation (c/o Vice-Principal)
