Welcome to the MMIS Senior High Teacher Empowerment and Accountability Membrane (TEAM)!

More than speaking for the appreviation of this resource center, TEAM is a one-stop resource center that seeks to empower Senior High School teachers with relevant knowledge and skills to become effective facilitators of learning. With TEAM in mind, we believe that we will be able to empower more learners by empowering one teacher at a time. 

Why membrane? The membrane is an important part of the cell. It keeps toxic substances out of the cell,  houses the receptors that allow specific molecules that mediate cellular and extra-cellular activities, and separates vital but incompatible metabolic processes within the organelles. Like how a cell membrane functions, TEAM aims to empower the teachers by:

1. providing them with information that is essential in carrying out their specific functions in the MMIS community;
2. establishing a communication portal that bridges process gaps between the Senior High Department and other departments and/or organizations;
3. streamlining the processes by clarifying functions and delegating tasks. 

To achieve this, TEAM is divided into the following sections:

MANUALS - In coordination with the Resource Center of the Office of the School Director (Administration Department), this section features the different manuals that will guide the teachers in carrying out their daily tasks. Program pamphlets and brochures can also be found in this section. 

TEACHING RESOURCES - This section contains connected and contributed teaching resources. We highly encourage teachers to share relevant teaching resources like videos, lesson plans, slides, worksheets, and other materials through this section. Journal articles, websites, and other relevant resources can also be found in this section. 

REFLECTIONS - Our narrative reports and reflections should be shared to bring more ideas to the table. In this section, we publish the narrative reports and reflections of the teachers in the form of a blog. We highly encourage other teachers to enrich the reflections in this section by posting their comments and/or reactions in the comments section. 

FORMS AND TEMPLATES - Relevant forms and templates can be found in this section. These forms and templates are placed here for the teachers to have easy access to them whenever there is a need to generate a report and/or file a request.

MEMOS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS - All the internal and external memoranda concerning the MMIS Senior High teachers can be found here. 

TEAM is a progressive and collaborative portal. We update the content with the most updated information to keep the teachers in the loop. We also encourage the teachers to send their requests and/or suggestions if they would like a new content or section added under TEAM.
